AdiCOMB

ADICOMB is a range of professional combined trucks designed in Austria and assembled in Romania to withstand the harsh operating conditions specific to Romanian roads and sewerages.
Cleaning and maintainance of the sewerages and pipes is inconceivable without these performant equipments.

 

Operating Principle
The autocombined is equipped with a vacuum pump for absorption and a high pressure pump for cleaning the sewerages and pipes, the tank being divided into two compartments. One for the clean water and one for the rough parts, positioned so that it can be cleared. The vacuum pump is powered by the transmission belt or the cardan from the gearbox of the chassis by a power outlet, creating a vacuum in the tank.


When there is a vacuum inside the rough parts tank absorption is created by opening the valve of the drain hole, or by the absorption branch. If it is intended for the drain hole to discharge, the pump valve has to be operated, that reverses the air direction creating pressure in the tank. To clear the tank, the drain hole valve placed on the back side of the car needs to be opened. If desired, the drain cover with a diameter of 450 mm can be opened to. The vacuum pump has a valve for pressure relief that prevents the pump from being damaged.


The high pressure pump is operated by the transmission belt or the cardan from the gearbox of the chassis by a power outlet. The pump is supplied with water from the tank of the truck, creating a wash pressure of up to 200 bar. Depending on the level of equippment of the car, the high pressure pump has a protection system that impedes it from functioning without water, this preventing damage to the pump. With a 1" hose, wrapped on a special drum placed on the back side of the car, the pipes and sewers are staved. The end of the hose has different washing heads that help the hose advance and clear the blocks from sewerages.
The absorption system and the high pressure system can operate concurrently for a higher efficiency.
