• Strong skills in organizing and coordinating activities and workflows within a multi-project organization.
• Over 3 years of experience in engineering, service, or repairs.
• Ability to lead a team of 5 – 10 people.
• Available for field trips: 5 days a week and sometimes on weekends.
• Advanced knowledge of using Outlook, Excel, and Word to prepare and transmit reports and minutes from the field.
• Driver's license category B.

• Organizing and coordinating the installation team for equipment and machinery at wastewater treatment stations, including submersible pumps, mixers, air blowers, scraping bridges, sludge dehydration systems, etc.
• Monitoring compliance with quality standards during equipment installation and maintenance.
• Providing post-sales technical support, including guidance on assembly and use, as well as periodic updates about changes in the product portfolio and new offerings.
• Preparing and managing the necessary technical documentation, including user and maintenance manuals.
• Developing project plans for the installation and maintenance of equipment.
• Creating detailed drawings for assembly, execution, and installation.

• Speaking a foreign language of international circulation
