Wastewater Treatment Plants 400-12.000 e.i.

The experience gained over the years in wastewater treatment allows us to dimension, design and manufacture compact, turnkey containerized wastewater treatment plants. We are confident that our turnkey containerized wastewater treatment plants represent the most competitive value for money offering, all with minimal operating costs.

All these solutions are manufactured and tested by our team in the factory near Baia Mare, Romania. The containerized wastewater treatment plants are easily expandable, the biological modules can be put into operation depending on the water flow. We exclusively use stainless steel for all the submerged parts of the process equipment, a material resistant over time. Water quality is guaranteed in accordance with European and Romanian standards or those requested by the customer.

TECHNOLOGY

FBR β€” Fixed Bed Reactor
MBBR β€” Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor
SBRβ€”Sequencing Batch Reactors
RBC β€” Rotating Biological Contactor
MBR β€” Membrane Bio Reactor
MABR β€” Membrane Aerated Biofilm Reactor

Adiss can build the compact stations integrating any of the tested wastewater treatment technologies.

primary stage (solid removal)

Its purpose is to collect and decontaminate wastewater from the sewage system, involving the mechanical separation of impurities through screening, grit removal, grease separation, and primary settling.

secondary Stage (bacterial decomposition)

It includes all objects through which the reduction of biodegradable organic substances, phosphorus, nitrogen, in the presence of recirculated sludge and oxygen artificially introduced into the process is done. The organic substances are the food for the mineralizing bacteria, and the recirculated sludge contains the living cellular material. These processes are carried out in biological basins, using a classic wastewater treatment technology (simultaneous or intermittent nitrification-denitrification), SBR, RBC or MBR. FBR and MBBR technologies are based on fixed microorganisms that settle on the contact surfaces provided by fixed or mobile biofilters. Retaining the biomass and separating the activated sludge from the purified water is done in lamellar secondary decanters of high efficiency. Biological reactors are in the form of a container or circular basin.

tertiary stage

It includes the disinfection of water with ultraviolet rays, ozone, chlorine or by filtration with ultrafiltration membranes.

The technology embedded in the Adiss compact stations is intended for the advanced treatment of domestic wastewater for 200 to 6,000 equivalent inhabitants. In particular cases, the stations can be expanded to serve up to 12,000 inhabitants. The modular design allows their operation starting from a low flow to the maximum flow for which they were designed, which significantly reduces operating costs.

Adiss addresses water-related challenges for customers by providing solutions rooted in technological expertise and vertical integration across a comprehensive range of specialties, covering everything from design to commissioning. The solution ensures the quality parameters established by the European standards provided for in the Directive of the Council of the European Union No. 91/271/EEC β€” 21.05.1991 and in Romania by HG 188/20.03.2002 amended and supplemented by HG 352/11.05.2005 according to NP 133/2013.

Sludge treatment

It involves the processing of primary and excess sludge resulting from the purification process, to be stored in accordance with current regulations or used in agriculture. In compact plants, we use mechanical dewatering plants with screw presses, bag filters or other suitable equipment.

Automation

The automatic control of the treatment plant is done through a unitary automation system that ensures the automatic operation of the treatment plant and can be monitored through the SCADA system.

Manufacturing

Biological modules, thermally insulated equipment modules and all elements that come into contact with water are made of stainless steel. The pumps, mixers and blowers that make up our stations are produced by globally recognized companies.
